Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all business units

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies at enterprise scale
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
