- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Create executive-level technology forecasts and innovation KPIs
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in R&D processes
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies across global enterprises
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
