Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for R&D
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
