Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to prototype development
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption risk assessments
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic certification
- Experience developing patent portfolios and IP strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
