Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026-focused technology roadmaps across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and validate prototype solutions using agile methodologies and cutting-edge tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for joint ventures
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with focus on emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in developing roadmaps for technologies like quantum computing or advanced AI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: neural interfaces, sustainable AI, or biotech integration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management (e.g., CSCP, CIPM)
