Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech convergence opportunities
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps for Fortune 500 partnerships
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technical architects
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budget through ROI-driven proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, biotech AI, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with 100+ keynote presentations
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
