- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains including AGI, biotechnology, and space commercialization
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology foresight to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage innovation incubators for prototype development and validation
- Analyze global tech policy implications and recommend compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology forecasting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis frameworks
