Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech landscapes, regulatory shifts, and competitive disruption signals
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
