Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks with R&D teams
- Present strategic briefings to board members and federal technology councils
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 12 R&D centers
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption success and ROI measurement
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety frameworks, and bio-digital convergence
- Proven track record of launching technologies achieving $1B+ market impact
- Active US security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python programming
