Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum/AI convergence
- Present quarterly tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D incubator programs
- Author industry white papers on ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Fluency in Python and at least one quantum programming framework
- Strong network of connections with tech innovators and VCs
- Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
