Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to identify high-impact opportunities in sustainability and digital transformation
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships for pilot programs of next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
