Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech integration, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Secure partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Build predictive models for tech adoption and disruption timelines
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Global perspective with multicultural collaboration experience
