Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing deployments
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Demonstrated experience securing government innovation grants
- Expertise in tech ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
