Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify promising startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certifications in emerging technologies or innovation management (e.g., CEH, CTO) strongly preferred
