Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research on disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with actionable implementation plans
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and adoption success
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global organizations
