Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep understanding of their commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
