Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations, focusing on quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and climate tech accelerators
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing) to identify strategic opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible automation
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for cutting-edge research collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-first technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable architecture
- Certifications in Technology Strategy (CTS) and Innovation Management (CIM)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology adoption frameworks
