Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops with cross-functional teams
- Ensure ethical implementation and scalability of new technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech publications (preferred)
