- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Analyze emerging technologies' commercial viability and competitive landscape
- Design scalable architectures for AI-human collaboration ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with leading universities
- Monitor quantum computing, AR/VR, and synthetic biology convergence points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/biotech products with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
