Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biocomputing) to identify billion-dollar opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Palo Alto innovation labs
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government initiatives, and Fortune 500 pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical AI development and deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI projects to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic hardware, and synthetic biology
