Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across IoT, quantum computing, and AI verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Certification in emerging tech governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
