Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with policy advisory roles for federal/state tech initiatives
