Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify emerging innovations with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
