Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in top-tier journals on future technologies
- Experience scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI/automation
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding
