- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario planning for 2026+ market landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
