Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and ecosystem engagement
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong background in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent project management methodologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or strategic partnerships
