Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement disruptive solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation labs and incubation programs for future technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
