Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab focused on next-generation capabilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
