Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technologies including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Champion innovation through cross-functional workshops and R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Translate technical capabilities into marketable product features and competitive differentiation strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and build a forward-thinking innovation culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (preferred)
