- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of futuristic prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AR/VR, blockchain, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products valued >$50M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse infrastructure, and decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
