Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop strategic 2026+ roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation through competitive intelligence and market ecosystem mapping
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement for future initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams in aligning projects with long-term strategic vision
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
