As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with market trends, regulatory shifts, and societal needs. Your insights will directly shape product development, partnerships, and competitive positioning in rapidly evolving sectors like quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework scanning emerging trends, breakthroughs, and disruption vectors
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and neurotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech possibilities into actionable product pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and innovation velocity across departments
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and government partnerships for R&D acceleration
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future tech opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with documented market impact (e.g., published reports)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Experience developing innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act implications)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
