- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional innovation team
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing R&D budgets >$3M
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level communications
