Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an internal innovation ecosystem with academic and industry partners
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI analysis of tech investments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
