Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with 15+ engineers and researchers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders quarterly
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with 10+ enterprise clients
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets with ROI-focused outcomes
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
