Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology recommendations into corporate planning
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech ecosystems, patent landscapes, and competitive disruption vectors
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Champion ethical innovation practices and responsible tech development standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, IoT, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
