Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams developing next-gen sustainable energy solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech and materials science
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture capital funding
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, machine learning architectures, and blockchain
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI and biotech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
