Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate tech) and assess commercial viability
- Design strategic frameworks for technology adoption, including ethical implications and regulatory compliance
- Present innovation insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate R&D
- Develop KPIs to measure technology impact on business growth and sustainability goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Professional Education)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives
