Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 market impact
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across engineering, finance, and executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology adoption curves
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external partners
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for long-term technology adoption
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
