Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging AI/ML applications
- Secure $5M+ in government grants for sustainable tech initiatives
- Present findings at Davos and Web Summit to industry stakeholders
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Drive patent strategy for 15+ emerging technologies annually
- Partner with UN agencies on SDG-aligned tech deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ patents filed
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling tech from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Go preferred)
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (TED, CES, etc.)
