Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement adoption roadmaps for frontier technologies including AI ethics, decentralized systems, and neurotech interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and maturity
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
