Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen innovations into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-vision priorities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in emerging tech landscapes
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline with 18-36 month horizon planning
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of implementing future-tech strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE)
