Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology applications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early access to innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting future technology adoption
- Drive internal culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within technology innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
