Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop strategic 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation portfolio success and ROI
- Author thought leadership content and present findings to executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term (3-5 year) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
