- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with organizational goals
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Certified in Strategic Planning or Technology Innovation (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
