Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2026
- Analyze market trends and technological disruptions to inform product roadmaps
- Develop and execute innovation frameworks for R&D pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology investments with business objectives
- Represent company at industry forums and establish thought leadership in future tech
- Conduct scenario planning for technological impacts on global markets
- Mentor innovation teams on next-generation technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-focused tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
