- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating emerging tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
- Create competitive intelligence reports on global tech innovation trends
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year roadmap implementation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
