Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and forecast 3-5 year market impacts for strategic planning
- Develop and implement cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for IP acquisition
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration and adoption
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio-tech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and patent analysis
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders globally
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Certification in technology management (CTM) or equivalent strategic credentials
