Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and academic research institutions
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
