- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives and investment priorities
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership reports on technology's societal impact and ethical implications
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startup ecosystems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech integration and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
